First Stop Help Center

First Stop provides assistance with rent and utilities for Lander residents in need of housing support. They also provide household items and toiletries to Lander residents in need.

Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP)

LIEAP helps low-income Wyoming residents pay a portion of their winter home heating costs. Applications open on September 2, 2025 for priority households, including seniors age 60+, families with children age 5 and under, and individuals with disabilities. Applications open to all other eligible households on October 1, 2025, and close on April 30, 2026.
