Patient Eligibility Guidelines:
To be eligible for medical care at the Lander Free Medical Clinic, you must:

Be over the age of 18
-
Live in Fremont County, WY
-
Make less than 200% of the federal poverty level (see table below)

Not have any health insurance (private, government, Medicare, Medicaid, IHS/Warm Valley Health/Wind River Cares, VA, etc.)
If you think you or someone you know meets our eligibility guidelines, please call us at 307-335-3436 or email help@landerfreeclinic.org to schedule a new patient intake appointment. Or, stop by during our walk-in hours on Monday from 11 AM-1 PM, or Wednesday from 9 AM-2 PM. Please note that we are not able to see patients for urgent care during our walk-in hours. To be seen by a provider, all patients must first complete an intake appointment, and then schedule a provider visit.

Our staff has helped many individuals enroll in health insurance, understand and utilize their insurance plans, and schedule with local providers. Give us a call, or stop by during our walk-in hours.
