Patient Eligibility Guidelines: 

To be eligible for free primary medical care at the Lander Free Medical Clinic you need to live in Lander and/or Fremont County Wyoming. You must make less than 200% of the federal poverty (see table below) and you must not have any health insurance (private, government, Medicare, Medicaid, IHS, VA, etc). If you think you or someone you know meets our eligibility guidelines please call us at 307-349-0363 or email kevtherev@landerfreeclinic.org to schedule an eligibility screening appointment at our offices 860 S. 3rd St. Lander, Wy 82520 (we are located inside Trinity Episcopal Church).
