Karen Wendt, M.S.N., R.N., CNM

Karen Wendt recently retired after a long career in nursing. A Registered Nurse with Associate, Bachelor's, and Masters degrees in Nursing Karen's early career found her working in obstetrics and hospital emergency rooms.

Her twenty years of experience in Community Nursing Education, Community Patient Education, and Social Services included developing hospital nursing policies and procedures and budgeting for four departments.

Karen is a certified nurse-midwife and has more than fifteen years of experience as a Primary Care Provider CNM in Women's Health, including pregnancy.
